Small files can be easily sent via email. However, if the files are much larger, it’s better to use the free service WeTransfer. With WeTransfer, you can send large files up to 2 gigabytes, so you don’t have to stress your own mailbox or the recipient’s.
Go to https://wetransfer.com/
First, accept cookie policy and the general conditions.
Once this is done, the following screen will open:
First, fill in the 4 fields with:
- The email address of the recipient
- Your own email address
- Title
- Any message or comment (optional)
Then click on the round, blue PLUS sign.
A screen will open where you can search for and select the files or folders(s). on you local computer.
By holding down the SHIFT or CTRL key simultaneously, you can select multiple files at once.
Then click the “Versturen” (Send) button at the bottom.
